STEMHub at Beamont Collegiate Academy confirmed for 12 November 2018

Beamont Collegiate Academy recently purchased a Phantom 3 Professional from us, to be used in their STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths) curriculum. The Phantom has proven hugely popular with students and parents alike. At a recent “Flight School” on a Saturday morning, there were queues round the block of students wishing to experience the magic of flying a DJI Phantom 3.

So successful has the introduction of the Phantom into the STEM curriculum been that the school wants other schools in the area to hear about it. We are delighted to be working with Beamont Collegiate Academy and MerseySTEM on a STEMHub specifically about the use of camera drones in the STEM curriculum. Taking place on 12 November, 150 schools in Warrington, Cheshire and Merseyside have been invited.
