We want you to be completely happy with the quality of our service and the quality of our training. We figure that 1,000’s of 5***** reviews over the last six years says we are doing something right.
So we offer our extraordinary No Quibble Money Back Promise, on every single one of our training products.
Unique No Quibble Money Back Promise
For all of our products, whether it is before, during or even up to 60 days after you receive training from us, if you are not completely happy with the quality of our service or the quality of training, just let us know, either by phone or email, and we’ll refund your payment in full. No questions asked (except, how can we do better next time?).
The only exception is in respect of our Masterclasses, where we incur material unrecoverable accommodation costs as part of the cost of delivering a Masterclass. Therefore, in the case of Masterclasses, we offer the following options:
- Change your mind about joining the Masterclass, for any reason, up to 30 days before the Masterclass, and receive a full refund
- Change your mind about joining the Masterclass, for any reason, up to 14 days before the Masterclass, and receive a 50% refund. Or switch to a different Masterclass, at a different time or location, and only pay the difference in the cost of the Masterclasses (if there is one) or receive a payment if the new Masterclass is cheaper than the one originally booked
- Less than 14 days before the Masterclass, no refund is available.
Please note that if your reason for choosing not to go ahead with a planned training product, including Masterclasses, has to do with COVID-19, then please also read our COVID-19 Promise. Which is even more generous in the event you need to cancel or change your plans because of COVID-19.
