UK Masterclasses will operate adhering to all current Government and Public Health England Guidelines. PhantomFlightSchool is recognised by Visit England as part of it’s “Good to Go” Scheme. 

European Masterclasses – we continue to constantly monitor the rules surrounding European travel both outbound and inbound from the UK, and to our destinations.

Detailed joining instructions will be distributed prior to each trip and contain any updated advice.

We only include venues in our Masterclass programme that conform to the highest health and safety standards.

All of our team are fully vaccinated and up to date on all of the latest guidance and recommendations.

We ask all of our team and guests attending any of our Masterclasses to take a lateral flow test before leaving for the Masterclass. This is in additional to any testing requirements relating to overseas travel.

In the event PhantomFlightSchool is forced to cancel a Masterclass due to covid restrictions you will have the option to transfer to an alternative trip, receive a voucher to use against any of our training products, or receive a full refund.

In the unfortunate event that you have to cancel a trip as a result of you being diagnosed with Covid-19 then you have the option to: transfer to an alternative Masterclass free of charge (any difference in price to refunded / paid), receive a voucher to use against any of our training products, or receive a full refund.
