Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Regulations

The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Directive applies to any new electrical goods produced since 13 August 2005. At PhantomFlightSchool we are committed to monitoring and minimising our environmental impact as much as possible. As such, we take the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Regulations very seriously.

The effect of the Regulations is that we offer you a free take-back of waste electrical and electronic equipment on a like for like basis when you purchase a new electrical or electronic product from us.   You must send us your waste electrical or electronic equipment within 28 days of making a purchase from us.

We will make sure that as much waste electrical and electronic equipment returned to us as possible is recycled, and that no toxic / harmful waste electrical and electronic equipment will end up in landfill.
