This day is aimed at improving the flying skills of beginners and intermediates. As part of the day, each attendee will be scored against our competency benchmark, graded blue / silver / gold / black, and given one of our Pilot Competency ID Cards and a Certificate. This will align with the new regulations being introduced relating to competency on the 30 November 2019.

Demonstration & Assessment Flights:- Pre-Flight Checks, Take-Off, Post Take-Off Checks, “Touch and Go” Circuit Flying, Flying “Squares” & “Cubes”, Flying High, Flying Far & “Find My Drone”.

Presentation of Intelligent Flight Modes:- Preparing Shot Lists & Flight Plans, Identifying Appropriate Intelligent Flight Modes for Shot Lists.
Demonstration & Assessment Flights:- Putting Intelligent Flight Modes to Best Use!
Question and Answer session & Award Presentation before we wrap up at 4pm.
